When prompted:

  • Enter your member account number
  • PAT requests your access code (PIN), which is the last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Next, choose a four digit PIN; this will be your PIN going forward.

Note: your PIN cannot start with "0". If you have trouble accessing our PAT system, please contact a member service representative for assistance.
